This November .. one of the forums I frequent .. Cooking with the Soul, we are taught a technique called RKT, which is made with puffed rice, a technique that is quite enough, when I have some more time I'll do a step by step so you can see as I do, obviously I have to learn a lot hahaha.
Since I have much experience, I wanted to do something simple, so I guided an image I have saved some time .... and i do not remember exactly where I saw it.
As I served as my guide ... But not the same as the model.
I leave pictures from various angles to make it look good. 
I also did the zucchini and this mushroom with pasta that was left, I hope you like it.
