A man who police have described as the "mini-Madoff" English has been arrested in Valencia (east) for allegedly swindled more than 100,000 people in 110 countries, said Friday the English police.
The suspect, whose identity was not disclosed, is the "head of a scam that defrauded more than 300 million dollars," police said in a statement.
