Sapphire I Love Money 2



Today I leave a dish that although some learners may know it. .. I'm sure other / as not, so ..... is dedicated to all those people who do not know and encourage them to do, be surprised the result.

These are the ingredients.
-1 / 2 k of dried chestnuts (Dry and soaked overnight)
-1 / 2 k white beans (dried and soaked overnight)
-A cinnamon stick about 8 cm
-A heaping tablespoon of anise (anise)
-An onion of the long (So we call here are fresh onions )
-A dessert spoon of salt
-390 grams of sugar normal
"A sprig of fresh parsley (not shown in the picture because I happened to put it)
" A little exta virgin olive oil.

In a pot put about three tablespoons of oil, when we start to heat the onion cut in half lengthwise, sauté a little without browning and put parsley .

Lightly fry for a moment and put the chestnuts and drained beans, cinnamon and anise.

We cover water, cover the pot and cook for 50-60 m if it is in pressure cooker (obviously if something more normal pot).

So we stayed one last time this time and the chestnuts are tender. (If we have done in the express must be careful to open it and wait until you go the pressure will be about 20 m, if we open earlier, the appearance of the vegetables you will suffer)
